Defective fabric on first pair/no response from customer service email.

So the first order I made had a defect in the fabric where a hole showed up in the middle within a month of wear. I decided to give it a second go. I did contact the company and got no response about the defective pair. Hole might have started before or after I got them. The pattern hides the hole, but it is quite unusual for fabric to start unraveling from the center. I loved the softness and design, I decided to order a second pair and did not notice a hole.

So tight on wrists and ankles!

I really wanted to love these but they are extremely tight on wrists/ankles and it feels constricting rather than cozy. The fabric is so soft and lovely, the print is cute, and the fit everywhere else is spot on, but I just can't wear them.
